Serene and utterly delightful experience. I was lucky enough to share a beautiful afternoon with colleagues on the roof top wellness garden getting massages and it was incredible. Anastasia was such a doll and very attentive to all needs and wishes. Such a lovely location over looking the beach and will definitely be heading back. The Betsy is a gem fully equipped with exceptional staff!

Manuel was absolutely incredible. The energy, customer service, and quality of service was the best I have ever received from a spa. The view was breathtaking, I will definitely be back!

Got a relaxing couples massage with my wife. Manuel broke me apart and put me back together. He asked what I was comfortable with and what type of pressure and was very good. Rooftop overlooks the beach fantastic spa day.

The therapist were awesome and really understood what I needed. Beautiful and creative spa. Will come back with my wife the next time and enjoy a drink after our services.

Beautiful outdoor spa! A must try when in Miami looking for peace and relaxation. Staff is friendly and massage therapists are excellent!
