Full disclosure, I wasn't the one who received the massage, my girlfriend did. This was a birthday present and she said the massage was average at best. We arrived on time, waiting for a receptionist or someone to attend to us. Finally after sitting in the lobby for 15min, a therapist came out to greet us. When I went to pay the receptionist informed me their was a mandatory $40 tip. I don't mind tipping, I used to wait tables, but pay your therapist a decent wage, and I'll tip at my discretion? Anyway it's Sobe, so it is what it is. I can't recommend.

I came to Shala spa on Mother's Day for a 1 hour massage and I saw Aline. She was absolutely amazing. One the best massages I've ever had! I have tension in my neck and shoulders, TMJ, and migraines. Her technique is so healing. I would highly recommend Aline! If I wasn't visiting from out of town, I would see her on a regular basis.

I had a FANTASTIC experience at Shala Spa. Beatrice was so lovely and was kind enough to change my spa package when she saw I was sunburnt from vacation :) She added in a sun restoration treatment and scalp massage based on my preferences! Could not have asked for a better treat while on vacation in Miami. Better yet, because of my treatment package I was able to spend the day on the rooftop at the incredible pool and lounge area. 10/10 experience. I'll definitely be coming back when I'm in Miami next. Thanks to Beatrice and the staff for the wonderful care!!

At end of massage the spa manager at front desk ask you to give her the money that is supposely given to the person that does your massage. She probably keeps all of it. 😬😬

A little gem! Our therapists were amazing, very knowledgeable and super nice! Loved the organic products and the facial was fabulous! Spa staff was helpful and place is beautiful, clean and cozy.
