The workers here are beyond rude. I was treated with no respect by the " manager" because she paired me with a specialist who could not properly affix a charm to my nail and I spoke up and requested another technician assist me. After uncomfortable stares from all the staff and having to listen to them rudely speak Vietnamese...obviously about not wanting to help me the manager offered to put on the charm; but not without reminding me of the $5 charge and disdainfully ignoring my offer to show her a video that provided an example of how to apply the charm. These workers are in my opinion delusional classists. The sentiment they convey is "this is Brickell...we do nails for professional people" as if their customers are more important than residents on Calle 8. Funny how people act when they feel they are serving the "elite"... but please remember you are just providing a service.... you are not yourself " the elite". Please avoid this location if at all possible. The customer service of the technicians is deplorable.

Terrible. Sometimes they do a good job, but most times they do not. I've gone back more than I should hoping that maybe it's just because I'm going to the wrong person. I can't believe they let me leave the salon with my nails looking like they do. It looks like I let a drunk grandpa with Parkinson's disease paint my toenails. Unreal. This is what you can expect from this place. An uneven paint job and dry nail beds. 🙄

This place is WAY overpriced, dirty, and lacks quality. I'm new to the area and looking for a new nail salon close to home. Needless to say, I will not be coming back. I paid $55 for the powder gel dips, which normally last me 2.5 to 3 weeks but only lasted a week when I got them done at Nail House. Not to mention, I normally pay $35.

Worst manicure of my life. Rosa who did my mani and pedi cut me very badly and rest of my fingers are also sensitive. She was more concentrated in watching videos on her phone than doing my manicure. Rest of the employees are very rude too. They don't care about their customers. I would never go back again and do NOT recommend this place. Worst nail salon I've ever been to.

$77 for a regular manicure and pedicure. Way too expensive. It was $25 for a polish change for my three year old. This place was empty. No wonder it was empty. She took three hours to do or nails because it was just one person. She was rude to boot. This place is a Grade A rip off.
