HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE have been calling for months trying to get an appointment to redeem a gift certificate and literally no one ever picks ups the phone...is this 5 star treatment...lol...i think not..I haven't been and its already an ordeal.

This spa is now run an managed by IconBrickell the residency associated this amenity space is also shared with the W Miami hotel. This property was previously known and managed by the Viceroy Hotel and Resorts.
