People are not stupid!!!!
JB hire unlicensed and ilegal people for work and then do not pay them money!
And all employees including you Karmina know about!!! So do not please advertising yourself and stay away from this business!!!
And everyone who got services from the SPA
can ask for refund because mostly services was done illegal and unlicensed people!

Don't bother or waste your money these people are out of their minds. I had read a few reviews but went stopped in since I was visiting a friend in the maze they call Flamingo Resort. This place was hard to find and you have to valet to park in the complex or try and find street park (good luck!). I went in to book appointment for my girlfriend and they had the worst possible service! I know Miami isn't known for customer service but this was a new low. Wouldn't book something here if they were PAYING ME!

This place is amazing, I was staying at the flamingo at the beginning of the month and I had an amazing experience at the Garden.I did one Clarins Facial with their wonderful Esthetician really nice and professionnal, my skin looked amazing. I then had a pedicure in their massage chair , so relaxing.I give 5 stars to this spa! Will be back for sure.

Hated it. Owners are crazy. Service by staff is 3 stars but hated it based on the erratic, unprofessional actions of the female owner. With so many highly rated spas in South Beach you'd think they would do something to make themselves stand out in a POSITIVE way, instead they stand out in the worst way possible. This spa is only useful if you live at the flamingo complex and are too lazy to leave. If you don't live in this complex stay far far far away and definitely don't spend your hard earned money here!

Terrible service. The French owners are rude and entitled and speak about clients behind their back thinking no one can understand. Avoid the salon if you don't want to be ripped off and treated poorly. This place is a joke.

Also, ignore the 5 star review below it is the owner posting on his own behalf.
