Worst experience ever! Took 10.45 pm boat ride but left 11.20 pm. We suppose to see celebrity houses and have guided tour insted we got to losten to loud spanish music around port of miami.

We booked a tour on Island Princess. Very bad experience. It was called party boat but it should be called latino party boat. Suppose to sail 10.45 pm but we sailed 11.20 pm. Music was 90% spanish and 10% black. Owner or manager with long greasy hair and drunk had best time of his life dancing to that music. Advertisement said we be going to see celebrity houses but we saw only the port of miami. Horrible! Dont waiste money and time!

0 star from me. Extremely rude staff. Cancelled boat ride at the last minute by making excuse that few people were there for ride. Paid full price for pirate cruise even talked on phone to confirm, and they out ride lied that its a Pirate ship, when in reality ship was non-functional for 1 month. Went there with family and kids on Halloween and wait for 1.30 hr for the trip. Extremely unhappy, worse experience for an activity that is suppose to be fun. DO NOT GO here. There are plenty of nice and courteous boat rides nearby.

Well organized tour, I saw what I wanted to see. However one thing gets on my nerves - blatant demand for tips. Generally everywhere in USA, in Europe you dont see it. They do THEIR JOB for Christ's sake. They got paid for it. Do I demand tips for my job? No way Jose. HAVE SOME DECENCY folks.
