Loved it a great way to spend the day. Our guide Armando O. was the best! He was well informed and made the trip so enjoyable that we stayed on to do a second look with him. We are Jersey transplants and have done Big Bus tours on several times and this by far was the best! The only downside was when we returned at 3:30 to do the 4 pm attraction loop we were notified that it was canceled and that we could come back another day to do the loop but pay for a second day. Not good customer service form the people on the ground.

WATCH FOR LOW GANGING TREE BRANCHES!!! Some were dangerously closr. Remain sested at all times. Drivers do not follow rotes,even on weekends. Yellow line is split in two. Bus on yellow never goes back via downtown but through highway. Feels cheating Latino speaking driver could not explain why. Quite regular site sering service. Weather permissible seating on top are the best. Red line was OK but on yellow guide wa absent. Boring.

I did all three tours and found every single one enjoyable and i was travelling alone that day so it was handy to have the tour guides help. A big shout out to armando (apologies if not spelt correctly) he was very entertaining, energetic and full of knowledge. He interacted with everyone on the bus which got everyone more involved with the tour.
Appreciation shout out to the bus drivers they definitely have the skill on driving them buses around the town and do it with such ease. Keep up the good work.

Hot, hot, hot - not in a good way. The bus route was fine, and took us to all the places we would want to go. We particularly enjoyed the section of the city with the outdoor art. However, these buses were very old. Only some of the routes and times had a tour guide on the bus. When they did, the talk was fine, but when they used a recorded tour, it was obvious that it was also old and had been recorded years ago with no updates of changes. Each seat had a spot to listen to the guide or recording through complementary headphones - but not all the devices worked. Worst of all, there was no air conditioning on the bus. Those who went downstairs to avoid the hot, hot sun, were subjected to even hotter stifling air inside the bus. This just makes no sense in Miami, one of the hottest cities in the country. We were there in early fall - I can't imagine what it would have been like in the heat of summer. Try another hop-on hop-off bus - there are about 5 companies in the city offering this service, hopefully you can find one with more modern buses

The worst. There are several hop on hop off tour companies in Miami. You would do better with *any* of the other ones. They will most certainly have better routes, more buses with more frequent stops, comparable prices and, without a doubt, better customer service amd attention. If you choose to go with City Sightseeing company anyway, consider yourself warned.
