Needed transportation from 33186 to Miami Airport, when called and asked for the price, spoke to Alex he told me $40.00 and it can be paid with the driver by credit card or cash. when I called back few days later the price went up to $50.00 I told them Alex gave me a price of $40.00 at first they said no and then put me on hold came back to the phone and agreed to the original price, I told them I am coming back in two weeks and my plane lands at 4:20pm when do I need to call for pickup and they said when you land at the airport give us a call and what is your flight number. I came back to Miami called them after going to passport control and picking up my bags. Very slow minded male picked the phone and told me they were at the airport at 4:00pm and I was a no show so they left. I told him it was all setup two weeks ago and how do you send out a van 20 mins before the flight arrives with no time to get out of the airport, he hung up on me and I called back, he was very rude and said the fare is $50.00 plus waiting time it's going to take 45 mins till we come back to the airport, I told him forget it, and called Uber, the cost of the ride was $30.00 and van came to pick me up in 8 minutes. Don't use these morons they should be put out of business. Call for Uber!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Rude, no people skills, does not answer phone calls and emails. And if you ask too many questions, they HANG up on you!! How are they in business???? Unacceptable!

They are RUDE! I wish there was a super poor button. The manager was very short with emails and did not reply in a timely manner. When I finally decided to call, he was just as short with his words and still RUDE!

Horrible service! We called 2 weeks in advance to reserve a van with 2 car seats and I called to confirm a few times that their would be 2 car seats (including at the baggage claim right before) and when they showed up, there was only one car seat and it was a booster seat...not even the appropriate seat. Then, when we tried to call the office about it, they refused to pick up our call (caller ID). The driver argued with us about taking any money off and said we would have to talk to the office...which we couldn't get ahold of. Very rude on the phone, too. Go with someone else!!
