A bit disappointed by the experience. I was told take up the Robinson R44 for aerial photography. However they only had one in service and it was already booked. Instead I was offered a flight on a Cessna. If you are interested in photography, try a different vendor that offers doors offer helicopters.

This company would be just excellent if they were asking for permission before taking pictures of my passport and credit cards. I understand it is fraud prevention, but it is simply not polite. I don’t want to trust my data to a person I see for the first time in my life and have even a little chance of being my data sold on the darknet.
So bring cash everyone and don’t make prepayments.

Great place staff is very friendly, amazing views. They gave me a memory that I will never forget highly recommended.

Ended up paying twice what I expected due to misleading online information. Departure time was not as scheduled and we were forced to jam 5 people inside the helicopter. When venting frustration they tried to lure me in to another more expensive package. Staff was tolerable and that's why I chose to rate 2 stars. The actual flight itself was great, as expected. However, If I had known the information I do now, I would have chosen another service. Wish I could take my tip back, but they insists on charging it before the flight. 🤔 MESSAGE!

First let me say that the experience to take an aerial approach to S.Florida was pretty cool, and with it being our first helicopter ride we did not know what to expect.
The reason I did not give it 5 stars was due the sales and pricing strategies (I should have known when they only took an 100.00 deposit upon booking). The sales person did not offer the 99.00 deal as in the promotion, he went for the most "popular tour", at 295.00 person, with pitches of seeing sharks, whales, dolphins and manatees. We did fly over the seaquarium and did see the dolphins and killer whales in captivity. I just wish we had insisted on another tour for less $$$. I could have bought a round trip airline ticket for less $$$. But I guess it was all about the experience?
