SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!
They authorize a treatment they will never pay.
I called several times, one rep I spoke with stated that I will need to leave messages to the claims department and when they get the chance they will call us. I said that does not help me, I need the claim paid, she said " we leave calls and messages to doctors and hospitals and never get calls back". As if she was saying "Deal with it, and you're never gonna get paid".
Avoid at all cost.

We are a dental office and this is the worst company we have ever had to deal with, we are NEVER taking any patients/clients referred by them again! They have not paid the claim we sent them over 2 months ago now, and when we call to have it taken care of they give us the run around and cant give us any information or put us with a manager. By far the most terrible company to deal with. DO NOT take any clients from them, it is all a scam!! This company needs to be reported.

They are fake, dont know what they are doing. they take consumers money and they dont pay the claims is all a lie.
