This tour was a lot of fun! I'm not one to usually so this sort of cheesy stuff, but as a tourist with no car it was a great way to get on the water and see parts of Miami I never would have. I actually recommend doing this near the beginning of your trip, because you'll see where the good restaurants and nightlife are for later. There are several of these tours but I chose this one because it was highly rated as well as closest to my hotel.

My reason for taking off a star is mostly because of the interaction I had with the rude office person who answered the phone. I called to ask if the tour still ran if it rained, since the forecast said 50% chance of rain starting at noon that day. The guy was like "WHY YOU EVEN THNK IT GONNA RAIN-THERE ARE NO CLOUDS IN THE SKY" and acted like I was stupid & crazy. I was turned off by his attitude enough that they almost didn't get my business. Then sure enough by my tour the sky was covered in dark clouds, but the rain held out luckily.

I took an uber from my South Beach hotel over to the meeting space which is in front of a park. The tour boat showed up around 12:15. I'm not sure of the guides name (Weds at 12:30) but he was very funny, cute and informative the entire tour. The one thing I don't really get is why it's called a Pirate tour since there was no real pirate theme going on. Probably better that way. The first 30 minutes of the tour are driving then you'll go onto the water and see many stars homes. Miami has a rich interesting history which you'll learn about. The last half hour is more land tour as you make your way back to the park.

I was really glad I did this tour-it was for sure worth the $22 website deal.

Fun And Worthy. Trip was $26.99 and worth every penny! They showed us Celebrity house and main attractions and played awesome music. Star island was the best?
