Ricardo was great, he took us to all the best spots and took our pictures at all the stops. I would definitely recommend him as your tour guide A1 servive #never stop moving forward.

Took the sagway tour. Ricardo is great. Defenetely ask for him. Took pictures of us, and caterers to special requests. Stopped at the right places for a photo shot.

Horrible service. This place is extremely unprofessional. Called at 4pm to inquire about service and they said last Segway tour leaves at 7pm. Friend and I arrive a few minutes before 6 and are first asked "do you have to do it today?". Um, if I didn't want to do it today, I wouldn't have come here today... I will never give my business to this company on any future Miami trips.
