We wasted 3 hours picking up and droping off people without a schedule. All they cared about was selling and asking for tips. Which makes you feel bad. On the top of that, they took picture of me, i asked the girl why? She said "we're making you a souvenir" you'll have it at the end. Mff not quite. They asked 35 $ for it. I refused it, and the girl instantly through it on trashcan right in front of me. Really??? This is how you appreciate you customers??!!! Mhhh they just didn't care!

Just got back from the Airboat tour of the Everglades run by US Net Tours. The airboat part was pretty good. However, after the ride, the tour bus left without me. I was in the gift shop and came out to see the carpark deserted. Luckily one of the Safari Park staff were able to call the driver. He even had a passenger manifest.

Stay away - more time trying to sell you things than showing Miami waterfront. Then waiting a long time to be taken back to your hotel.
