I suggest you not to bring your pet(s) here AT ALL!!!! I took my cat named Luna here and she been having seizures so the doctor rrecommended her to take pills to help her heal. She told me it won't fully recover her but there is a chance it will it just all depends how it goes. I tried it for a month and it turns out it been working fine. After that first month I went to go get a refill but then on the second day of the second month of continuing doing the medication she started breathing weird and rapidly. I took her to Knowles Hospital for an emergency check up and it turns out the medication destroyed her lungs and she end up drowning in her own blood and that night I end up losing her. I remembered the doctor didn't warned me about the effects of the medication that may cause. I don't know how she pass to being a doctor. She is a horrible doctor and she deserves not to continue working as one. PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR PET(S) HERE THE SAMETHING COULD HAPPEN TO YOUR FURRY FRIEND(S).

If I could give it no stars I would. I went in because my dog had a fever. First of all the service is horrible. They treat you really rudely. I literally waited around 2 hours for the doctor to see my dog. They would let in people that just got there over me thats been waiting for 2 hours and yes they were walk-ins too. When I go in the doctor wasn't professional at all, not even wearing a white coat. She couldn't really tell what was wrong with my dog and even said he could have a deadly flu and he was about to die. Of course that didn't happen. Since my dog had a fever she put a shot. AND BROKE THE NEEDLE ON MY DOG. mind you my dog is a 6 pound chihuahua... he don't even bark. I never went again because of their unprofessionalism, their lack of service and for what I see, the lack of medical knowledge.

Worse customer service I've ever experienced. They kept me and my sick cat waiting for almost three hours and I was the only client there. All the vets where just socializing in the back disregarding their waiting client's. I decided to leave and they still didn't care.

I have only given this place one star because there's no option for no star. They have kept me and other owners here telling us the the doctor will arrive soon for 2 hours. The website says it opens at 9 and closes at 6pm, however, we were informed after waiting for an hour that the doctor gets in whenever she gets here. Not sure what kind of care they give pets, I will recommend going somewhere else with a better reputation

I have brought both my dogs here since they were born (9 years). Yes, you may have to wait but the care and service is like no other. The staff and the doctors care for your animals as if they were their own. I would recommend this vet with my eyes closed!
