It was all around such a great experience....i rented with Alamo but unfortunately i got into an accidentident but they worked together as a team and helped me out a lot.
Accident happened down in Abilene but they're able to get me another Rental car to get me to my final destination (Midland) and i couldn't have been happier..
Simply great, professional service!

If I could give it less stars I probably would. I loved going to enterprise to get my rentals, however with the new staff change it has dramatically changed. It has become a pain to get a rental. They blame their mistakes on the costumer and then make it where you are unable to rent. They want to give me dirty cars. They give me cars without the gas being filled up. They are extremely rude. I tried calling once to solve an issue, and it was useless. I called from 3 different phones about 14 times and all 14 times they hung up on me. It has been ridiculous. The previous staff members like Ben, Samantha, Will, and Peyton were amazing.

Marissa and Jaime were a great help! Very friendly service. Major Credit Cards are preferred. With debit cards however, require you to be a resident of Midland plus be able to provide a Utility Bill AND Paycheck Stub

I had a terrible experience with the Midland branch on wall St. I went to pick up what was supposed to be a standard SUV but was handed a Jeep compass. When I told one of the reps that this isn't standard I was laughed at and told at least it has good gas.
Now I've never had a bad experience when I rent anywhere else but for a weekend trip to the mountains in NM I was hoping to get a decent vehicle, I was over charged and under delivered. Will continue to use Enterprise everywhere else except in Midland Texas.
