There are several things wrong with this dental practice.
Last month, I went in for a cleaning. The hygeniest(?) who performed the cleaning was very unprofessional and distracted to say the least. It was very painful, and I left with a bleeding mouth. The pain justs got worse and worse over the next few weeks. I was reluctant to go back after what they had put me through, but I believed that I should give them a chance to fix what they had messed up. When I arrived for my second appointment, I was charged for $111. I questioned the charge and was told that if they found that it was their fault, they would “figure something out.” Anyway, what they found was that I had an infection and would need over $1000 worth of dental work (root canal and crown) to fix it.
So, basically, they gave me an infection and then wanted me to pay them more money to do more work. This is such a shady operation!
My husband went in for a cleaning, and they also wanted to schedule him for additional, unnecessary dental work.
The staff is horrible. Not only are they rude, but they don’t seem to know how to work their own scheduling system. Calling to schedule an appointment takes about 20 minutes, and calling to cancel or reschedule is just outside of their capability. I was literally put on hold three separate times the last time that I called to tell them my family would no longer be patients here.
Really, find another dentist. I’m surprised this place isn’t up to their teeth in lawsuits at this point.

These guys are operating a cattle call office. They want to get you in and out as quickly as possible. They did a root canal and crown on a broken tooth in my mouth and not only can you visibly see the “dead tooth” covered by the crown, the fake tooth was too big so it’s impossible to even floss around it. It’s also VERY SENSITIVE to brushing and hot and cold. Wish they would’ve just pulled it instead of charging me over $1000 for the work and screwing up my teeth even more.

I was early on in pregnancy when I went in for my 6 month cleaning. Dentist Chet Grey told me I really didn't need to wait until after I had the baby to have the 2 fillings redone so I scheduled it with my next 6 month cleaning (8 months pregnant). I waited 30 minutes in the lobby after my cleaning to begin the fillings. I was hungry and anxious over the procedure so told them I was tired of waiting and would reschedule. Got in soon after and waited 30 minutes again in the dental chair - told them if it was going to be more than 15 minutes longer, I would just reschedule. 5 minutes later the dentist came in and gave me the shots to numb for the procedure. They said they'd be back in just a few minutes and the assistant came back in 10-15 minutes later and said she tried to get him to come back in but he started with another patient and he didn't know how long he would be. In the meantime, my left side of my face was very numb but not at all on the other side he also put a shot in - so he would have to redo that shot. I didn't feel it was imperative I take care of the fillings now and I was bothered by my wait AGAIN. The assistant agreed it could wait until my next cleaning in 6 months. Almost 3 hours later the left side of my face is STILL numb and I need to eat lunch! I am VERY upset by the unprofessional, uncaring, flat out rude nature of the dentist. I will never go back here and do recommend finding anyone else.

Gray Family Dental is by far the best dental office I have had work done at. The dentists and staff are friendly and very knowledgable.

Not sure what that other Google user is really complaining about. I found this place to be very good.
The atmosphere was nice with a pond in the middle. The temperature was a pinch cool but that's too be expected from a medical facility.
Staff has been nice and I always got a reminder for my appointment.
I also found they are a little cheaper than others around here who are just in it for the money because of the oil boom.
