Very friendly and very helpful, Dr Patel gave us a different option than what 2 other Dentist had given us... Gave my husband hope and he was very happy with the Aspen dental clinic

On the above date I was told by the Director of Aspen Dental for the Midland Texas area that Dr. Patel would not be completing my dental treatment plan. The director stated that Dr. Patel did not feel comfortable giving me any further treatment as she was concerned about my health? I had just had 6 extractions done on 6/20/17 and was trying to adust to the the temporary upper denturet that was made for me and a lower that didn't fit; no matter how many adjustments they made? I had reported issues with my upper denture and the soft reline that was applied; as I had a severe reaction to the chemicals in the material. Ir is still unbelievable for me to even comprehend how this could be happening and especially the reasons I was given for stopping my dental work? I don't know why Dr. Patel did not discuss these issues with me? Full payment was made on 6/20/17 for my dental work; except for a crown that Dr. Patel stated I would need on 7/24/17; the last time I saw her. I did ask a member of the office staff to please have Dr. Patel call me; but that never happened?.
I now have to find someone else to complete my dental work . I am a senior citizen on a limited income and dealing with this has not been easy. I now have to find another dentist who will stand behind their work, be kind, caring and wants to listen and help their patient? I am only posting this review in the hopes that it will keep someone else from making the decison of trusting Aspen Dental in Midland, Texas for their dental work. All that I have stated in this review is the truth as far as what my experience was wtih this dental office. I was told by Dr Patel in writing that I would be banned from all Aspen Dental offices in the US

Probably best to go to another dentist. I went in for a simple cavity, and after bad treatment have to get a dental implant.

The wait for my appointment was so long that I had to reschedule for another appointment. I was not impressed with the dental hygienist at the initial cleaning, she seemed rushed and not thorough. I did get a filling in my tooth which was good.

Horrible experience! Much more places to go within our area. Already had my second appointment scheduled and went, but they have no idea how to schedule appointments so I had to wait an hour and a half for the first appointment and an hour for the second. Business practices are not existent. Then pricing is horrible even with good insurance. DONT GO THERE, stay away, horrible business practice. Just get your records and leave
