Dr. Luley is what other doctors should strive to be. He leads by example and left an everlasting impact on my life. I'm now pursuing him to be my doctor again because he consistently proved his passion for his career. And genuine concern about my mental health. Encouraging me. Positively and absolutely the #1 doctor on this planet. He's a Godsend to the lost or deserted souls who are damaged and broken. Trying every possible route to find what works for you. Eternally grateful and indebted to this super hero.

I have been a long standing psychiatric patient since I was a child. When I came to him June 2017 because of poor management of a previous physician I was 20 lbs underweight, severely depressed, manic, extreme anxiety attacks to the point of vomiting, and overall miserable. THIS MAN saved my life. He is by far THE BEST psychiatrist in the area. Very patient, explains treatment options, he replies promptly to telephone messages very well versed in medications and has great clinical judgment. You may disagree with his idea of what’s wrong with you but believe me. He WILL NOT do you wrong. Staff is wonderful. Insurance selections are slim but I will personally assure you even if you have to pay out of pocket he will be well worth it. Because of this physician I am now a successful college student and a fully functional human being. Thank you Dr Mark Luley.

He made me.feel like I didn't belong. I wouldn't recommend him to a cadaver.

I credit Dr. Luley with no less than saving my life a year ago. I can't say enough about his professionalism. I count him among the many blessing in my life today.
