Do not recommend this dr office!! Had billing get a hold of me a day before the appointment to tell me that they couldn't take my insurance. After calling speaking to an office manager 2 minutes before closing she stated other wise and couldn't tell me who made that call from the office! Not only that we've been waiting on a simple pre authorization from the nurses office going on 3 weeks now! Seriously don't waste your time look else where!
The nurses are rude and illiterate!

DO NOT CALL THROUGH THE PHONE!! Quite possibly the worst over the phone service ever. The first time i called they HUNG UP ON ME. The second time i called the receptionist was rude and short. Thereafter she transferred me, without telling me what was going on, but i received the message tone (not her fault). However, still no hospitality whatsoever. Today was the first time i've ever tried contacting them but i would never consider going based off of the terrible service.

I've taken my daughter over the years to West Texas Allergy and they have always been helpful and professional. My daughters allergies are now taken care of!!

You NEVER get through on the telephone. I called at 8am waited 30 minutes on hold, was told first that I was in Position 1, then I moved to Position 2, then when I asked to speak to the office manager was told she was on the phone and I would have to hold AGAIN.
No appointments available today tho and my child who has remained sick a week following their 'protocol' can't be seen for three days. Unacceptable & frustrating
