Terrible time management. They call me an hour before my appointment to tell me they are still waiting on insurance. They should have called the day before to explain what was going on. Rude service. Not the first time I’ve had problems with this place. It’s getting ridiculous.

I had a great experience from the moment I called to schedule my husbands MRI. Cynthia was very nice and assisted me in finding a location that had immediate openings. She advised and scheduled the appointment for me at another location. She also ensured that I was aware of the location of the other facility.

Made me wait two hours for something that take 2 minutes. Waste of my time and the exam was done after I started complaining.

Scam alert. Please be mindful that this facility is pretty bullsh%t when it comes to billing. The service itself is okay... that's indisputable. HOWEVER, when it comes to billing, you will be F*()& with their hidden fees. If they can't bill your insurance, you will be responsible for it. When I called in to 1)complain and 2)set up a payment plan... I only got to 1 before she hung. hahaha Given that I might have complained too long, but still... don't these people know that people get pissed for being F*(^&*( up the @$$ without lube? They don't tell you the charge, the price, or anything. Horrible billing practices, but the staff and doctors are very nice.

Mark is the best MRI Tech I have ever have worked with. He is extremely patient, kind, and funny which is exactly what you need when you are scared of this test. The ladies at the front desk are very nice as well. No one wants to get an MRI, but if you have to get one I highly recommend Touchstone in Richardson.
