We had a horrible experience here. There was an issue with the copay/coinsurance amount and the girl who was dealing with us handled the situation perfectly, even though I was frustrated and got upset. However, there was a extremely rude coworker who jumped in and told us if we did not want to pay it then we go across the street to another urgent care center. We had been up all night as both my husband and I were sick and had also driven over 3 hours from out of town. Before we left, I tried to explain that to the man at the front he looked at me and actually told me that he didn't care. We have been coming here for several years but we will not ever come back again and will advise those we know to go elsewhere for their urgent health needs.

The level of care was ok it could been lot better. The staff did not introduce them self especially the doctor or any of the staff. It made you feel like you did not have that person to contact. So there is room for improvement. The worst part of the visit was the cost. It seemed like there were hidden cost that they did not tell up front. I guess they wait to see if you have money or not to charge it up. Which on my case I got charged up because the level of care went up just because. I will not go there again.. Here again is other reason why I don't like Midland.

Don't try and go at 8:29 they feel unsafe and don't unlock doors until 8:30 when it is safe. Also they must have been ripped off many times because they force you to prepay before a doc will see you, and will refuse you service until you pay your copay. If new, they will also make you fill out 5 sheets of information before telling you they don't accept your insurance, so ask first so you don't waste "their time" Just cause they open at 8:30 does not mean doc is there. Staff eats donuts from 8:30-9:00. Docs arrive at 9:00. Zero customer service. Go anywhere but this place.

When I went in with a bruised side and abdominal pain, the staff were genuinely concerned about my health and were extremely friendly to both me and my girlfriend. I ended up getting a scan just to make sure my organs were okay and that took a while but I didn't even mind the wait because everyone was chatting with us and when they left to help other patients, the TV was playing a pretty interesting show haha.
