Called in for a quote and was put on hold for 10 mins and then when I called back it was closed

Theyre more expensive than a bigger insurance company. When I had a wreck, the insurance adjuster never returned my calls . when I did talk to someone regarding my claim. They told me they were waiting on the before pictures that the agent never took . 5 months went by before the supervisor took over my claim and finally got everything settled.
