Only reason they get one star is because you can't put 0 starts.
They're good if your looking to over spend on insurance and never change anything. However if you plan on changing anything on the policy just switch companies. You won't have to deal with them lying to you in person with a straight face and a smile. Not to mention an overdraft account at a bank you're trying to leave. I'll spare the details on the Internet but just trust me. Go with progressive. That's where I'm headed. Brother has been there for over 10 years with NOT ONE complaint.
