Farmers Insurance: Bob Newton

My rate doubled for no good reason. The agent blamed it on ObamaCare. Called State Farm and got a rate lower than Farmers rate before the increase. Farmers is a joke.

I can't say enough great things about Bob Newton and Kayla. Kayla runs the office and knows her stuff. I was recently involved in an accident that was not my fault and the insurance agent representing the driver who caused the accident kept giving me the run around. To make a long story short, I soon realized that I was been taken for a fool by this other company so I decided to call Kayla and she came to the rescue. Farmers took good care of me and my claim and fought on my behalf to this other sham of an insurance company. Over the years, Bob and Kayla have been very good to me and I am so grateful. Thanks for all your hard work - I appreciate it!
