Terrible, unprofessional, and liars. I waited inside for my prescriptions for an hour+ and they finally asked me if I'd like to come back at a later time to pick them up. What was the point of me even waiting?! Will not return, taking business elsewhere. This CVS isn't doing the company any good.

Was told I could wait 15 minutes for my prescriptions, I walked around the store for an HOUR and finally just sat in the waiting chairs. Another 10 minutes go by and she asks me if I'd like to come back and pick it up later because it wasn't ready yet. She said it would be an hour before it would be ready to pick up. I'd appreciate not being lied to, and then once 15 minutes had passed, why did no one tell me it'd be any longer. I'm sicker than a dog and don't want to spend 2-3 hours at a damn drug store.

This pharmacy has a phenomenal staff in place who works together as a team. They do have busy times, like any other CVS, but they manage their time well. Making it a pleasant experience for the customer. Wait time for medication is usually around 10-20 mins after the drop off.
