The staff are friendly, but their time management is awful. I came in for a drug screening and physical. It has been over 3 hours and I am still waiting.

This is my 2nd time going to Midland physical therapy. I have been very pleased with the therapy that I received there and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking physical therapy. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The therapist Is very knowledgeable and attentive .

MPT scheduled my appointment at 9:00 am, so I showed up at 8:50 am and found a line of about 10 people in front of me. I figured these were earlier appointments. I asked 6 men when there appointments were and they all had a 9:00 am appointment. MPT scheduled at least 6 appointments at the same time, probably more and this resulted in a very long morning. I waited until 10:30 for my drug test, not the fitness test, and the test took maybe 5-7 minutes total. The staff was friendly and quick at this point, however their overall management was very poor for causing easily avoided congestion. It is 11:55 am and I am still waiting for my fitness test, and there are 6 men still ahead of me.

Every therapist has been highly skilled and compassionate ...I'm very pleased with the treatment I've received. Infact, everyone has been professional and consistent in their area, including the scheduler, to Shannon, Jordan, Audrey and Valerie. All provide excellent service.
