Always busy. Staff always rude. Sitting in drive thru and staff yelling and cussing at each other. Never have anything. This time, out of bananas.

Ordered a chocolate milkshake, was given nothing but vanilla ice cream with a small amount of chocolate syrup, called to speak with a manager and no offer to fix it right away, he said they'll "do better next time"

The food was good up until the end when we were eating the last of our fries in our steak finger basket (we split a 6 piece) and found a dead fly. They gave us a full refund, but we simply could not stay to enjoy a Blizzard after that. Made me feel sick at that sight!

Had to give one star to a review. This place is terrible! !! Gave it 3 chances. Lazy staff and manager. Walked out all three times along with other patrons. Go the extra distance to the one on Wall St
Super clean attentive staff and no one walks out.

Aweful! Bad customer service at the counter. Order was wrong. Guy behind counter was helpful. Embarrassed. The girl at counter apparently doesn't like her job. So sad young kids these days don't wanna work. Won't go there again
