This is the cleanest and friendliest Freebirds I have ever been too! I don't think the GM-Eric ever has time off. Every time I go in, he is right there working away! Freebirds is lucky to have someone so dedicated to his job and restaurant! Great job Freebirds!

I was so excited about eating here tonight. Went in at 5pm, got 2 dishes of cold off-tasting chicken. Asked them to remake it with fresh chicken. Unfortunately, the 2nd time the chicken was clearly not cooked in the center of the pieces. We left still hungry but with a refund. Called to tell the GM - Eric Garcia who was apparently at the restaurant while we were there, (possibly the cook?) He failed to even offer an apology but states “Ill take note of that.” Wow, I’ll be sure to never return as the last thing my family needs is a dose of E. Coli. Sorry you don’t take food safety seriously.

I'm a Freebirds guy. One of the few points card I have. The cayenne tortillas are the best. The jalapeno paste is HOT!
