Service was terrible. Waited 30 minutes until we even had the chance to order drinks. This place used to be one of the best steakhouses in Midland. For as slow as it was on a Saturday night I expected better service.

Horrible service, waitress was a snob and my husband and I only asked for refills and ranch. Very dirty and slow service for a Sunday.. our food came out cold. My husband ordered a steak and the center was completely raw and his baked potato was smaller than a tennis ball. I ordered a burger and fries and only got MAYBE 20 fries on my plate. Not worth the money! Will not be returning..

Walked in with a number of people awaiting tables. Appeared to be plenty of tables available. No acknowledgement from anyone on staff that we or the others were even there. Watch the wait staff for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Wait staff appeared to care less and seemed to have some sort of an attitude towards working today. Very poor demeanor on the part of staff. We left and went somewhere else noticed another party leaving after us. No reason except for poor management.

Service was very good. Food was good. A couple of the steaks were not what expected. Ribs were very good. Overall experience was good and atmosphere was relaxed. Server was awesome.

I will say we eat at Logan's over most of our other steakhouses. However on this occasion we was having a graduation lunch (30+) on graduation day. I called ahead of time to see if they could take a reservation. The manager that day said yes took my info and told me to call back 2 days before and give a better head count and time which I did. When we arrived we was informed we was the only people to get a reservation and we later found out that the General Manager June Moore cooked our whole parties food. We had 1 server Deondra which was amazing. She was very patient and stayed on top of us but at a distance so we could enjoy ourselves. I will say when I'm wanting steak Logan's will be my spot. Thank you Logan's team for making my daughter's day a great success.
