So we ordered dinner last night & my 6year old found a Band-Aid wrapper in her soup. I called & spoke to a manager named Sol. She had trouble understanding what I was trying to say so I asked her if I could speak to her in Spanish. She sounded like it upset her. She went on to tell me she spoke very well in Spanish. Her Spanish is excellent. I'm like ok that's fine. I just need to tell you there was a Band-Aid wrapper in my daughter's soup. I said that's kinda a big deal, to me. If you have kids you know what it's like. She said I do not have kids & it's not my fault you found a Band-Aid in your soup!
I guess when Health Dept goes to Osaka she will understand the severity of the incident.
She was very rude & just didn't care.
She basically told me they were too busy to talk to me on the phone. When she asked when did you order? I told her we ordered by phone at 5:40 but, our receipt shows we paid at 6:23. We got our food at 7pm. She said well that's what I'm telling you, that we are too busy.

I sat at the sushi bar and had a great experience. The sushi chefs were very experienced and knew how to prepare and present it. My waitress was attentive. I was in town by myself on business, and I just wanted good sushi. I was very happy.

The waitress was horrible and had an earpiece in her ear and was kind enough to pop it put a couple times to actually listen to us. I ordered filet that tasted old and was not cooked correctly. It tasted like it was precooked and heated up. When asked about sauces I tried to explain to the waitress that I had eaten sauces at similar restaurants but didn't know the name of them and instead of offering me a sample of some she blew me off. When my husband asked for a particular sauce she disappeared and we didn't see her again until we paid the bill. We live a block from the restaurant and will never go back

1 star because the Management here IS Terrible! ! Our waitress and cook were sweet. The hostess we got needs Work.. She didn't smile, didn't look at you when talking, we asked for a highchair 3 times, didn't bring us one. Finally I had to ask her "Where are the highchairs located??!" Because my husband went hunting for them and couldn't find them. She said "They are infront." I stared at her, hint hint and she went off walking to the front. I thought she was going to get one, nope. She came walking back doing nothing right by our table, no highchair. .we went and got one! The management did not let us eat my 11 year old daughters Birthday Cake.. I came in person the day b4 (they hardly answer the phone) and asked about bringing a cake. They told me to bring it. Our reservation was at 1:30 and by the time we eat cake it won't be busy, no problem. I brought the cake, cake plates, forks. They refused to give us our cake back til we were done eating and leaving, they did not want us eating it there. There were 3 hibachi grills completely empty and were the whole time we were there, it was not busy at all.. Our poor waitress was so embarrassed, she wanted to give us our cake so bad and let us eat it but the MANAGER would NOT let her...... They lied, if it wasn't my little girls Birthday I Would Have Had a Good Chat with Whatever sad excuse of a manager was hiding in the back! They lost some serious customers today.. Shoguns from now on

The food is really good as long as you sit at the grills. If you get a side table to food is bland and has no flavor at all. The chefs at the grill however are interactive with the guests and it's neat to watch them cook your food right in front of you. It can be a bit of a wait to get your food if they are cooking on the other side because they have to go back into the kitchen to get your order ready so ordering appetizers is a good idea. The waitress we had though only came around once which was a bit of a disappointment as I had to wait for a bit to get another drink. Other than that it is a pretty good place to eat!
