Rude staff. Never buying from this place again. The cashier was rude and was not helpful at all and they gave us literally no food how can half a pound be less than a handful??

Zero customer service..waiting on food to go..and waited,waited,until i went into back area,and it was there..no wxcuse me sir, heres your food,or foods here sir,etc,jist a bunch of kids,talking and looking around,smh..unbelievable..only in midland i guess

I was warned ahead of time that the flat was dry and chewy so I ordered the point brisket and the smoked sausage w/ green beans and peach cobler.
The sausage is very tough and does not have much smoke flavor. It cannot compete with competitors.
The brisket was tender but again, not very glavorful. Maybe it was because it was about 50/50 meat/fat. Maybe it was cooked way ahead of time. Dunno.
The string beans turned out to be string bean soup with pieces of tomato in it period it was more soup then string beans.
The peach cobbler was awesome. I would definitely get that again.
I want to rate this a 2.5, but cant. It would not be fair to rate a 3 star.
I base my opinions about BBQ off of what I have eaten at Black's Market in Lockhart.
