Insanely slow, and you can't leave the drive thru line once in it. Because they 10in tall curb stops. Stuck in the line for 45 mins Everything in our order was wrong. Will be sticking with Texas burger from now on.

Good customer service but it took very long to get thru the line. Understaffed and didn't have onion rings and hamburger buns.

We had never been to a Whataburger before so wanted to try it. My husband loved it and mine was okay. I'm just not a big meat eater. Staff was friendly and our food was out quickly.

I got my meal and I asked for spicy ketchup the young guy threw it on my tray and to top it off he was sagging that right there is enough not to come back. I talk to the manager and she was not at all concerned that's poor policy. You don't need a education to work for this store. Wow. I will never eat there again.
