I have been four times already, have a membership. It's clean, well-lit, the staff is young, enthusiastic and professional. I have to drive from Fort Stockton for my appointments and it is what I look forward to every month. I've had the same therapist for all my visits but I needed to move my appointment earlier so I am excited to try out someone new, even though I love my regular therapist who is so sweet!

Not very happy right now. So I made an appointment for 10am today for a facial. I am in the front doing my paper work as I hear my aesthetician say her child was sick. She was trying to find someone to cover her shift so she could go to her child. I totally under stand having sick children, I have a young child myself. What I do not understand it that it took her to call all the front desk staff that were in front of me out so she could get one of them to cancel my appointment for her. It is now 9:59 when she decided to have them tell me she was going to have to leave. So why did she just not tell me herself and apologize to me herself. That is very unprofessional and I will not be having her do my facial next time. I do not want to give people my money if they do not respect me. I will say Itzel was very professional and thoughtful in this situation. Poor girl has to work with people that open off their dirty work on her. So much for a nice relaxing facial! 😡

I used my mom's session cause she wasn't feeling good. Definitely an awesome experience. The masseuse was very nice. Check in was easy. Would definitely go back

As a loyal, regular client for the past 3+ years. I continue to speak very highly of my therapist Sheila who is talented, understanding and has amazing hands. Sheila is 5 stars!

My gripe is that there are very young staff in the "front of house" that have no idea how to truly offer customer service. Calling four hours in advance to cancel due to illness has a cold response of "we'll have to charge you." This is not the first time there has been clueless, insensitive responses. Fine, you've lost a dedicated customer! To bad the front of house can't support the talent of the massage therapists.
