First off notice that most of the 5 stars are google users .. I call bs on that especially with these morons they call a staff. Fatima sounds like she's gargling water when words come out of her mouth hole.
Staff is highly uneducated and rude the dentist should have a background check to make sure he even has his proper licenses to even be a dentist when I went before he put shots in my mouth to numb it when I flinched back he said if I wanted to act like a cry baby I could get out of his office .. Fatima is the office manager who doesn't belong there because I feel you need an education as well as manors to be in an office professional setting and she's far from it she's horriblely mannered and has no respect for anyone that walks into the building of unprofessionalism the staff as well is rude they do not know how to speak to anyone without attitude or eye rolls when you ask them something they should know. Honestly someone woke up and thought let's pretend we're all professionals and open a mouth chop shop

0/5 hands down!! (had to rate it a 1 start to allow this to be posted)!!! Started with the front desk staff was BEYOND RUDE! Just sat there talking amongst themselves and to me seemed like they hated their job because a customer came to check in and that required them to actually lift their finger and do something! The worst customer service ever!! Went in for a routine new client cleaning a month ago and was told I have poor dental hygiene because I use a reach flosser instead of just floss (had to switch to this terrible dentist because of insurance change); I've gotten so many complements on how clean and white my teeth are so for them to just say I have poor dental hygiene, I about started to laugh in their face! Went back a couple weeks later for a filling, was told I could only get one of the two fillings filled because they don't freeze the entire mouth (when in the past at other dentists I've gotten two fillings filled). Also at this second visit I sat waiting in the chair for about 15 mins before anyone came in to administer the numbing shot and then had to sit for another 10 mins. After getting home that day, I noticed there was a cut on the side of my tongue from them putting the suction directly on my tongue to hold it back. Had to go back in yet again today for the second filling and the dentist (one of the males) was very rude! He didn't wash his hands after coming from another patient, put gloves on and started digging around in the draws for supplies with the gloves on that he was going to administer the numbing agent with!!! When he came back instead of asking me to move my head towards him he just moved my head and held the safety glasses into my face and when I left and got in my car I saw that I had a red mark on my eye from the glasses getting pushed into my skin. He was rude the entire time he did the procedure by forcing my head this way and that way, forcing my mouth open when it was opened as far as it goes (been told multiple times by dentists that I have a small mouth).
Overall, I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS DENTIST WHEN I'M DUE FOR ANOTHER CLEANING!!!! I would rather pay out of pocket and go to an out of network dentist than get treated this way! Very unprofessional!

WORST DENTIST EVER... !!!! Receptionist were kind of rude but not the worst of my worries... my 9 year old had a tooth extracted last week. Nobdy discussed the procedure with me before hand or the fact that they were not going to numb her before ripping it out. I understand spaces can be tight and limited but I wasn't allowed in back with her when they decided to torture her by twisting her tooth 5 Times and then yanking it out... not bad enough we didn't numb it but when she started crying because it obviously hurt he showed absolutely no compassion and told her head back mouth open in a very rude manor. If numbing wasn't covered under insurance I would've gladly paid extra or found somewhere else but again this could've been something that was discussed prior... also for an infected tooth usually an antibiotic is given prior to an extraction and I even asked they told me it was not necessary... after completely devastating my child they sent her to the waiting room with a handful of "clean " gauze... no after care instructions or even a prescription for Tylenol or ibprofen for pain!! I get there are some things that can't be controlled but an Infection no antibiotics and an extraction with no numbing agent or instructions or relief for pain and absolutely no communication but for all of these there are no excuses. Be aware don't take your children here worst experience ever!!! Fyi the only reason I gave one star is because it wouldnt let me post otherwise but they don't deserve the one star!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. They are the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever met. From the front office right up to the dentist. DO NOT GO HERE! Not enough novacaine to numb you- and if you tell them you are in pain he slaps your mouth. Do not take children here! These people have no idea what they are doing or how to treat people in any way shape or form!

Staff is very rude at times, as if they are better than you. They speak to you as if your a complete idiot. Doctor is also rude. He referred to a patient as the "fat girl". My 11 year old was offended a professional would speak that way about a patient. Looking for another office to take my children to.
