May be a good doctor. Tried to make an appt. Waited 8 min. through recorded messages, then a human asked me if I would please hold. Then waited another 5 min until someone took my call. After 5 minutes of taking my background, I was again put on hold. Then I was asked if my insurance was under the name "Eddie". (Not my name). Finally, I was told I could get an appointment in October. This despite the fact that the website said "same day appointments."

After a lengthy waste of time, I said "NO THANKS!"

Dr. Bauwens has treated me 3x in the last 16 years and each time has been a complete success. Great doctor who really cares about the individual as a patient.
