The employees there are good and pleasant ppl. They always take care when sticking you. Madi, Milian and Shaudea are very pleasant and courteous when working. They make every donor they come in contact with smile. It's a joy when they are working. My objet issue is the wait time. As well as the $20 pay out... I feel it should be $40 for the time spent waiting.

and why dont they hire more people it shouldnt take 5 to 7 hours. i got there at 10 and didint get out til 440 and it only took me 40 mins to actually donate.. this place needs to either hire or close on days they fall behind due to lack of employees

Everybody know it's going to take two and a half hours or less and they still come in and complain I don't get it. I just hate that they got rid of the fastest worker there Sophia:-(

A few good working folks there. Alot of ghetto workers and the slowest service i ever experienced. This place should be closed and reestablish with new management and new staff completely.

Their unprofessional.. they try to take the same amount of donors when clearly their short staffed. The staff members are unprofessional and talkings any kind of way. I've witnessed a few people stop doing their job and carry on a few personal conversations some that were inappropriate on a day that they were back up about three hours. Know one were name tags. The manager thought this was normal with from my understanding it is normal to have little professionalism. Stick to your job description don't have talking to someone a priority over your work because as quoted you get played by the hour so your ok with people being inconvenienced as long as you get a check. Will not go back any money they give you is not worth waiting 5 hours and yet again it's normal right I think not.
