This agent is horrible, continually raises your rates for the same reason every time for stuff your policy doesn't cover anyway. Tries to smooth talk you to believe you are getting a deal paying their inflated rates.

Tom Hoffman has been my father's insurance agent for several years; his son and I were in Cub Scouts together so there is some basis for bias in my review, but I will do my absolute best to be as unbiased as possible.

Tom is extremely dependable when it comes to returning your call regarding even the simplest, silliest questions about a policy, and not just to me.
His candor is appreciated in his line of work, my only complaint is his sales pitches. They're not always necessary, but I understand he's got a business to run and a need to do so.

I have an interest in collecting cars, and have asked him several times now for insurance quotes for financed "weekend cars," not intended for daily driving, and he's gotten them to me in a reasonable time and with few questions asked until necessary.

Dissatisfied with my auto policy, I was quoted a rate and 3 months into the policy they tell me that's option is no longer available and I must pay 15 times the quoted amount. Watch out. My home owners policy is competitive and they have done well with everything they quoted on that policy.
