Customer service is number one with this agency! Kelly Jo makes me feel like I am the agency's only customer! She is so efficient and friendly!

If you don't use Friedle Insurance Agency you are a fool! I have and continue to add multiple policies (home, rental properties, auto, and umbrella) with Friedle. Everyone in the office is super knowledgeable and they always respond promptly! When I started working with Friedle, I called Erie and they gave me Friedle's name, the rest is history!

I have been with Friedle for over 9 years now and they've been nothing less than amazing! I don't feel like just another customer, but like I'm part of the family! I recently moved to Chicago and I'm staying with the agency because of the amazing service I have received. I also feel like they have my best interest at heart.

I am 3 months in on my home and auto coverage serviced by Friedle Insurance. To start out, they were able to work with me in obtaining a competitive quote through Erie Insurance Group for a custom insurance coverage fit to my preferences and needs. They were quick to answer any questions and made same day changes to my auto lien holder information when I needed it. So far so good!

I have used Friedle Insurance for several years now. My parents recommended them because they had such a positive experience. I generally work with Kelly Jo. She makes me feel like a friend vs. a client. She is always very personable and always brightens my day when I speak to her. She responds very quickly to any question I have whether it be by phone or e-mail. If Kelly is unavailable for any reason, others in the office are more than willing to help any way they can. I highly recommend Friedle Insurance to anyone to wants to have exceptional customer service!
