Ask for someone other than Michelle Koliath. Very unprofessional & lazy. No attention to detail -- she made the paperwork out for an incorrect amount (& falsely blamed a co-worker), which caused our closing to last over three hours & she tried to blame it on the buyers! She had us sign the incorrect forms & when the correct forms finally arrived, she said we could sign them if we wanted. WHAT? How can you sell a house without signing the closing paperwork? She made a big deal that she had to go to our bank to deposit the correct check because it was a Friday afternoon. She NEVER APOLOGIZED to us for the inconvenience she caused & NEVER THANKED us for her making money off of us. She finally mailed the receipt four days after the deposit was made with a note, "for your records."

UPDATE: Executive VP, Matthew Daly, responded to my complaint & very generously compensated us for the inconveniences we experienced. He really understands Customer Service & how to treat customers right. Great disaster recovery!
