Better and more affordable than kopps. Juicy burgers vs. kopps dry burgers. Customer service is never rushy or rude like kopps.
Update : recently visited and the service was horrible! Waited way longer than usual! Others were coming and going then finally someone came to tell us that they forgot to make part of our order so they were waiting for that part to finish. Finally get our order and get home, oh yeah it was late so when we got home it was already eleven pm so they closed but when I bite my burger it was still red and mooing! So nasty! Recently their customer service has been dropping horribly!

Always good food, but sometimes service is a bit slow. Always really busy, but I've had custard left to melt a bit while I waited for food, and food get a bit cold while waiting for custard to be packed in pints. Somehow ran out of chocolate custard once.

Good fast food. Had the deluxe with a side of onion rings. Burger was on point cooked well. Onion rings are okay. Worth itif your in town for a good burger.

Ordered Mushroom Swiss Burger. It was kinda cold. Cheese wasnt melted, etc. So I sent it back because Ill admit that my food must be hot in order for me to be satisfied. Hot food hot-Cold food cold! They not only remade my sandwich but they made it a double! No hesitation. No crazy looks. Nothing. Thanks to the young cook in the back who insisted on making it a double for the inconvenience. I will definitely be back!
