For downtown Milwaukee you can probably find a better place for dinner. The outside dining is much better than inside. Food is fair price and on par for what you would expect for pub fare, but the atmosphere needs some attention and a good scrub. Better for a work lunch than a night out.

Great experience on a sunny Saturday afternoon along the Riverwalk. Good drinks and appetizers. You have to try the Reuben Rolls, they are amazing.

I'm writing this during the time I've been waiting for my food. A club sandwich. It's been about an hour since we ordered and we have sandwiches and a salad.
Drinks took about 20 minutes for a soda and a couple of tap beers.
Here's hoping our food comes before our show at the riverside that starts in 30 minutes.

Opened the bottle of ketchup and it exploded all over our entire table like a shaken bottle of Coke. Ketchup was in our faces, in our hair, in our glasses. All over our clothes... it was pretty bad. The manager was completely avoiding us until we spoke up.
They said, "This happens a lot, maybe because we keep refilling the bottles.." Which is very illegal. I feel like a health inspector would have a hay-day at this place.

As mentioned in many other reviews, the service here was awful. I don't have time to list everything wrong with our dinner but here is a quick summary. Food took 80 minutes to finally get to our table... 3 of the orders were wrong while the others were cold. Two of us thought the food was so bad that we decided not to eat more than a few bites. We asked the manager to come to our table to talk and he agreed to offer us a discount off our meal. However, the discount didn't even cover the the costs of the meals that were barely touched. While we were waiting for our food, we heard another guest state that if a manager didn't come to their table, they were going to leave..... Definitely not an isolated incident.
There are too many other good restaurants downtown.... Avoid the hassle.
