I have ate here a few times and have never had the issues that others have had. The first bite every time makes me realize how good of a decision this was. The only reason it doesn't get a 5 star is sometimes their credit card machine is down or busted.

Tonight's sandwich tasted the same as they did before, but I kept having to pull chunks of gristle out of my mouth while I was eating and I HATE doing that. Never had to do that before with food from this place. Are you buying different meat? Is the new guy behind the grill not trimming the meat like the other guy did, or slicing it thicker?
I'll come back one more time. Hopefully by then you'll either buy the meat you used to buy or train the guy to make sandwiches like the other guy made them.

This place is the best! If yor're looking for a great cheese steak sandwich at great prices, this place is the place to go. I have tried them all & still my favorite would have to be the cheese steak with grilled onions & of course with the cheese whiz....frickin awesome!

The prices certainly don't match the quality of the food. The steak was a little tough to chew, not cardboard, but also not what I'd expect from steak either. The bread was good, it seemed like it was fresh. What I couldn't understand was why they are charging $7+ for just a sandwich and the steak doesn't even come to to the top of the sub (it was kind of hidden in there). If fries were included (instead of being $2 extra) I'd probably bump this review up another star, but it seems like the owner is more concerned with profit margins than making customers happy. To the owner: you can keep your 50 or 75 cents saved by skimping on the portions, but you'll never see another penny from me.
