One of my FAVORITE dining experiences ever! This restaurant is probably the best upscale dining in Milwaukee. I highly recommend the tasting menu, which consists of seven courses (including dessert) and wine pairings 🥂 Great for special occasions or if you're just looking for some damn good food.

Hands down the best food and dining experience around. My wife and I have dined here about a dozen times, and it never dissapoints. Once you've been here, you will find yourself comparing all of your fine dining experiences to Sanford.

Cuisine, service, ambiance, hospitality are revelatory (in a good way). If you are visiting from paradise, you might think of Sanford as a home away from home. Otherwise, it's better than your home. If you can afford it, go. If you cannot, change your life so you can. Either way, order the fish soup.

The best restaurant I've ever been to. As another reviewer said, the atmosphere is relaxing- which is surprising and welcome. The service is gentle, and the food is simply outstanding. A true gem, we're lucky to have it in MKE.
