If you have Problems with the company they booked your vacation through don't expect assistance when you return from your vacation. Our 3 weeks vacation to Tahiti and the French Polynesian Islands for our 39th wedding Anniversary turned into a vacations from hell. Unlike the previous years vacation to Tahiti and Bora Bora.
We are traveling again but did not and will not Book with Lisa Hoppe again.
Before you book make sure that they are not using Pleasant Holidays to book your vacation.

I assumed a travel agency would cost more than doing it myself but that is not the case. They saved me more money than if I had done it myself.
Customer service was top knotch and the way they scheduled my flights ended saving me from a missed connection in China.
I definitely plan to use again.

We booked our honeymoon to Walt Disney World through Lisa and had a great experience. Lisa is very informative, prompt and easy to work with. We had an amazing trip and had no issues with reservations or lodging, it was all taken care of! I would definitely recommend Lisa Hoppe Travel to anyone!

I had an opportunity to take a vacation at the last minute and called Lisa Hoppe Travel Consulting for assistance in the planning. It required coordinating airline schedules from two separate locations to meet at our final destination and a special request regarding the type of accommodations I was looking for. It took only a couple of days for Lisa and her staff to pull it all together for me. I asked for a change of airlines to accommodate my frequent flyer preference and it was handled immediately, and not only without complaint, but in a very gracious manner. Everything about our trip was well organized and we had a fantastic time. I am absolutely calling Lisa Hoppe Travel for my next vacation.

Rosa and I (well, more so Rosa) were so busy planning the wedding, it was nice to just tell Lisa Hoppe Travel Consulting what we wanted, and not worry about anything else about the trip. We were given everything we needed, and not only did everything go fantastically smooth, but from what we heard from other travelers, we ended up feeling really good about the price we paid.
