HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!

I called to ask about prices for shipping to mexico and it seemed that the lady that answered the phone was either being starved to death in this place! or she just hated her life, period!!

She gave me an attitude from the beginning. Didnt even answer my questions that i had, and was the worst customer service associate i have ever dealt with!!

I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE DO BUSINESS WITH AN ORGANIZATION THAT CANT EVEN HIRE STAFF APPROPRIATELY!
