Small brewery however the Grapefruit IPA was interesting but good beer. The staff was nice and friendly.

Nice idea but the beer here wasn't as good as I was hoping it would be. Nice space to sit and talk with friends.

This is a really cool little place! Very friendly staff and amazing beer. A great place to hang out.

Live less than two blocks from this place and really enjoy walking there and grabbing a drink with friends. Small location but great beer and atmosphere.

We started coming here about a year ago. I was a mostly sour beer drinker then, and the idea of gluten free beer was absurdly weird.
Burning Brothers changed that idea. I had a flight of their beers and couldn't decide which one I loved most. And not in the "i honestly can't tell the difference" kind of way. Then I had the (seasonal) cranberry Shandy. My god. Delicious.
Yes their beer has a kind of sweetness to them. But not like cider or overt sweetness. More like a tease of sweet.
This place has stood out to me more than most if not all of the breweries I've been to in the twin cities since living here. (Some others I've had taste pretty indistinguishable). I'm not saying those were bad, but I love having a beer that's unique and tasty. And you'll get that here. It's also cool that they make great beer with a non-beer-standard starch.
(My only complaint is they don't have an outdoor area to drink. Add that and I might be there every night of nice weather)
I do still love my funky sours and stouts.. but come on, don't act like this beer isn't awesome just because it's different and not "a real beer" ...But it is.
I now seek out beers I hadn't thought before I should bother to try. Because it is worth it to expand my beer horizons.
Basically what I'm saying is this brewery has changed my philosophical outlook on life. And beer.
***Also of note besides the beer is the great board game selection and the chill atmosphere. For those anxious in overly trendy places, the try-hard-hipster level here is normally pretty low, about a 2/10.
