Visited for a corporate event. This place was great! Catered snacks were fresh and tasty. Production value during event was very high from sound quality to lighting. Switching between many mics was involved and the team worked flawlessly. I would recommend this place for corporate meetings.

Great room with big bathrooms and shower! Lots of light coming through the window. Loved the alarm clock with aux in and wireless phone charger. Bed was comfortable. Just watch out for the room service charges - gratuity (not the delivery fee mind you) is included in the bill, but there is still a tip line. Otherwise great location, and awesome rooms.

The check in process was great. Although there were challenges with the shared room and charging boxes being delivered, they were initially handled well. The room was just ok. Stains on carpet don't really bug me. Bell staff was awesome. Housekeeping was accommodating of additional requests. And convention staff was super helpful. Love the locations.

The Regency in Minneapolis was lovely! I'll admit I was only there for a day, but I really enjoyed the hotel. The gym was massive; it's the largest in the Hyatt system. The room was really clean and comfortable. My favourite aspect of the hotel was the staff; they were all extra friendly! The vending machine gave me the wrong soda twice on my floor. I knew that the hotel didn't really control the vending, so I didn't ask for anything but I did offer a couple of the front desk folks a soda (since I don't drink what it gave me). When they figured out what happened, they got me new bottles and apologised! I really appreciated it, especially since I know the vending machines are the responsibility of a contracted company and not the hotel directly. Can't wait to go back!

I go to a conference twice a year and always stay at the Hyatt. The hotel is quiet and clean. The conference is quite large and people seem to want other hotels so I have no problem eating at the Prairie restaurant which is quite good. I love the passage ways when it is cold in the winter time. It can even be cold in the spring when you are used to California weather. Nice place to stay.
