We arrived early on the train and they let us check in at 8am for no additional costs and we checked out at 7pm on Sunday. Customer service here is the best I have ever seen from a hotel. We will not stay anywhere else when we come to the cities. Thanks for a great weekend and a great experience.

Absolutely loved my stay here! Valet parking was really convenient. The bar had really great drinks and some of the best wings I've ever had! Definitely would recommend this place.

Brunch at the Cosmos is divine. They have a spectacular buffet with made to order omelettes and waffles. The menu offers even more options: lobster Benedict was very good. They have valet parking, which can be pricey. There are metered street parking and several close by ramps. If there is no events at Target Center and the Twins are not playing, then the ramps are the way to go.

Our stay was absolutely perfect and here is why:
-Valet parking was easy and convenient
-Checking in was quick and easy
-Customer service was off the charts good!
-I requested roses in the room for an anniversary, and they accommodated that.
-Since it was our first time staying here they upgraded our room upon arrival with a fabulous view.
- They left us multiplie welcoming letters.
- The room was extremely clean, comfy, and beautiful.
- The spa was absolutely amazing. They took care of our every need and continued to ask if there was anything we wanted. The ladies were very knowledgeable in their profession. They were awesome!
Overall I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in the Minneapolis area.

The Loews staff was great. They were incredibly kind and attentive. The room was amazing. At most hotels, I tend to feel uncomfortable. It never feels like home. I felt very comfortable and at home in the room. I will definitely stay again when in Minneapolis.
