I stayed 4 nights at the Renaissance Hotel while attending a convention at the depot. I found both the hotel and the meeting facilities to be fantastic. My hotel room was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and responsive climate control. The convention facilities (depot) were very appealing, providing ample space for both a technology show floor and a large meeting venue. One final compliment I'd pay is to the staff of the hotel bar, who were very responsive and pleasant and more than able to accommodate a very large group each evening into the early morning hours. Overall I had a great experience here and hope my company books future events back here!

This is a beautiful hotel with great service. Highly recommend staying here. Also, want to say that the manager in the restaurant (can't remember his name - but he had an accent)...he was absolutely wonderful. I stayed here the weekend I was getting married, and was headed out in the morning (clearly flustered, in a hurry, and had tons of stuff on me). He noticed I was a frantic, stepped in and took care of me right away. Can't thank him enough for that. Will be back here!

The hotel is nice and the rooms very modern. It seems like the design of the hotel could have been improved quite a bit. There are only two elevators and they are very small. So getting to and from the room took awhile. Parking is convenient as it is under the hotel, so in the winter that would be great. Overall, I think the hotel layout should have been better considered before construction and the staff need to be a little friendlier. It was a sold out weekend, but everyone seemed totally frazzled.

The Renaissance was an amazing choice for our wedding party this past weekend. Heather, the coordinator, was a fantastic support person to help ensure we had our room block sorted out from beginning to end. Everyone got what they needed, shuttles ran smoothly, and the staff were super friendly and helpful to all the guests that needed anything at all (like my groomsmen's Ivory shirts they had to buy the morning of the ceremony...). Plus, their lobby and bar were awesome hangout spots, perfect to congregate when we didn't want to venture out after long days. Thank you so much for being awesome hosts!

Met some co-workers staying there. The place was really nice and cool trendy in the lobby area. Friendly service in the restaurant. Good location, especially if you are going to an event at Usbank stadium. My co-workers said the rooms were nice too. Easy parking too.
