Compliments to the young lady who checked me in, very friendly and professional but by far this hotel needs help. Nothing like any other Sheraton that I stayed at. Good luck getting served at the bar, Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The upgrade was not even worth the time. Was located on 5 floor open to anyone. One man grabbed all food and took it to his table. Very disgusting experience. Also several homeless drunks walking in the courtyard unsupervised and staff didn't bother restricting it. Whomever owns or runs this needs a wake up call from a General Manager.

Nice room, beds were comfortable. Shuttle service to the hospitals in the area are nice feature. The reason for only 3 stars on the review was that toilet ran water off and on all night, needing a new $2 flapper valve. At the rate it ran and having knowledge in this area, this is something that had been going on for quite some time. Also, there was an air circulation fan in the room and had only 2 settings, on and automatic, so that too kept cycling on and off throughout the night. Not the worst room I've stayed in but expected more.

I had a great stay here! Stayed for 4 nights. They were very accommodating. Had free food for guests running all day. There was a global food market connected that was really great to visit. I would highly recommend

I need a place to stay quick and they accommodated. The down side is that I'm A Good member and I went up for breakfast in the lounge. Granted I did get there at 9.02, and breakfast is over at 9.00. BUT they had cleared the table of ALL the food. So if you've ever worked in food service they started clearing food BEFORE 9.00! It's guys I get you're ready to either go home or move on to your next task but I earned the right to have my breakfast you can leave it out a little past 9.00.
